What does it cost?

Delivery charges are dependant on weight and the delivery method you choose, you can see the cost if you add the item to the basket and then click on the 'estimate shipping' button. For large value orders, there is a free delivery option for delivery within mainland UK. Delivery will be by post or courier at our discretion and is expected to take between 1 - 2 days, once despatched, (the free delivery option can take from 5 - 7 days).

For items which are required more urgently please ring for further details and options.

You can choose to have your goods delivered to an alternative address than your home. Please be aware that we will require a signature on delivery, so it may be more convenient to have the delivery made to your place of work or a friend, if no one is available at home to sign.

We aim to despatch orders the next working day after the order has been placed, if the items are in stock, however at times of high demand this can increase to between 2 to 3 working days. We carry an extensive range of stock at Cleversmnart but occasionally items do go out of stock. If an item is out of stock we will email or telephone you to inform you when your order will be sent.


We aim to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your purchase from us, so we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all our products (except computer software) sold from our website. Items which are purchased from us from other websites, like Ebay, will only be covered by the statutory 7 day return period.

If you are unhappy with your purchase then please contact us by email to obtain an RMA number so that we can process your returns. If goods are returned without first obtaining a RMA number an administration charge of 15% of the value of the goods will be charged. We ask that you return the goods to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging to be entitled to a full refund (or exchange). In the event that your items are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of between 15% and 100% of the original order value of the goods. If we have to charge you a re-stocking fee then we will notify you before we proceed.

When we process your refund, you will receive a refund for the goods but not the delivery charge. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return. Your returns should be well packed and clearly labeled enclosing you returns form and sent back to:

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we do not compensate. You will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled or unwanted goods.

Please remember, proof of postage is not proof of delivery, so we strongly advise you send your items by a signature trackable postage service (Courier, Royal Mail Recorded Signed For, Royal Mail Special Delivery)

Overseas Customers

We value all of our customers, but regret that we cannot cover postage costs to return items to overseas customers. Should you wish to have a return processed, you will need to cover the postage costs of re-delivering the item back to you.
